Terra Fiter 2008

Fields:The vineyards are located in the Marina Alta (Alicante) about 200 metres above sea level. The grapes “Giró” and “Tempranillo” are grown up at the areas called “Benimarraig” and “Llenes” which are located at less than 4 kilometres from the Mediterranean sea. The soils are chalky white. "Fiter” makes reference to the grey stones from these fields.

Elaboration: Each plot is harvested at the appropriate moment when grapes are ripped enough to obtain intense and powerful wines. Fermentation in the cellar is made with autochthonous yeasts in stainless steel tanks and temperature control.

Our red wine remained 18 months in American oak barrels.

Tasting: Colour dark cherry with ruby tones. Scent of ripe plums, cocoa, vanilla and black pepper.
