Nimi Moscatel 2013

Fields: The vineyards are located in the Marina Alta (Alicante) about 200 metres above sea level. The “Moscatel” grapes are grown up at the area called “Benimarraig” which is located at less than 4 kilometres from the Mediterranean sea. The soils are chalky white.

Elaboration: Each plot is harvested at the appropriate moment when grapes are ripped enough to obtain the best results. Fermentation in the cellar is made with autochthonous yeasts in stainless steel tanks and temperature control. Bottling date: 8th February 2015.

Tasing:Golden yellow colour. A very aromatic wine with notes of tropical fruit , dried apricots , honey and orange blossom. When tasting it you feel it is a bulky , spicy and silky wine. It is a fresh and structured wine.
